Helpful information & Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know about scheduling a mobile notarization or loan signing in King County. From required identification to same-day appointments, find answers to common questions below.

How much does a mobile notary or signing appointment cost?

Pricing depends on the type of notarization, travel distance within King County, appointment timing, and any additional services needed. Contact me for a clear, upfront quote before your appointment is confirmed.

Do you come to my home, office, or another location?

Yes. I provide full mobile notary services throughout Tukwila, Seattle, Renton, Kent, Burien, and surrounding King County areas. I can meet you at your home, office, hospital, coffee shop, or other agreed-upon location.

What do I need to bring and have ready for my appointment?

Please have a valid government-issued photo ID for each signer, all complete documents requiring notarization (preferably unsigned unless instructed otherwise), all signers present, any necessary witnesses, and instructions from your lender or attorney.

Can you accommodate same-day, evening, or weekend appointments?

Yes, subject to schedule availability. Same-day, after-hours, weekend, and holiday appointments are welcome and may include an additional service fee.

How do I book a mobile notary visit?

The fastest way to book is to text me your location and the type of document you need notarized. I’ll reply quickly with availability and travel fees.

What if I don’t have ID?

Washington allows credible witnesses in certain situations. Text me and I’ll let you know if your situation qualifies.

What is Remote Online Notarization (RON)?

Remote Online Notarization (RON) allows you to complete a notarization online through a secure audio‑video platform. Instead of meeting in person, you verify your identity electronically and sign your documents digitally while I notarize them in real time.

Do you handle loan and real estate signings?

Yes. I am a certified Loan Signing Agent through the National Notary Association (NNA), experienced in handling deeds, mortgage packages, refinance loans, seller packets, and lease agreements.

What should I do if I need an urgent or last-minute notary?

If you require urgent or emergency notarization, calling or texting is the fastest method. Share your location, document type, number of signers, and timing, and I will confirm immediate availability and pricing.

Should I sign my documents before you arrive?

No. Documents that require notarization must generally be signed in the physical presence of the notary. Please leave signature and date lines blank until our appointment begins unless an attorney or lender advised otherwise.

What types of identification are accepted in Washington state?

Acceptable forms include current government-issued photo IDs, such as a state driver's license, state ID card, U.S. passport, foreign passport stamped by USCIS, or military ID card.

What forms of payment do you accept?

I accept cash, card, and all digital payments

How long does a mobile notary appointment take

Most appointments take 10–20 minutes, depending on the number of documents and signers. Loan signings or large document packages may take longer.

What is electronic notarization?

Electronic notarization (e‑notarization) is when your document is signed and notarized electronically, but still in person. We meet face‑to‑face, and instead of paper, the document is signed digitally.
